The new motor is doing the same thing the old one did. It idles really bad and it doesn't have near as much power as it should. It has a mild cam in it so I know it is going to idle a little rough, but it idles really low and about dies and the whole truck shakes. I know the timing is right. It's really weird that it did it to this motor and the old one. We used the old throttle body. Could the injectors in it be bad? The exhaust out of both exhaust tips are hot, but one side is hotter. I'm thinking maybe that one of the injectors is clogged and not letting enough fuel on that one side. What else could cause this. The check engine light is on too. It only has on 02 sensor like they do stock and it has dual exhaust. What else could make this happen to both motors? I thought about putting a carb on it, but I have been reading about it messing up the shifting on the transmission. I am stumped and I need some help! It is a new intake and the heads and everything else are new. Just the throttle body and distributor are out of the old motor. The motor had zero miles on it when i bought it.... Read More »
